The spraying mixes developed by our company for con - casting tudish working lining has good propertles of coating and long service life . it keeps working for one cast without eating away and leaking for average over 12 hours during the whole casting . when inversion casting the residual working lining can be easily disintegrated without sticking to the ladle and no powder coming from the disintegration , and also the working environment not polluted . meanwhile magnesia - calcium spraying mix has the functions of absorbing impurities in molten steel and pruifying molten steel 我公司開發(fā)的連鑄中間包工作內(nèi)襯噴涂(涂抹)料施工時涂抹性好,使用壽命長,在整個連澆過程中能持續(xù)工作一個澆次而不蝕漏平均12小時以上,用后在翻包時殘余工作襯能順利解體,不沾包、解體產(chǎn)物不粉化,不污染工作環(huán)境,鎂鈣質(zhì)噴涂料還具有吸附鋼水雜質(zhì),凈化鋼水的作用。
